Hemp Seed Oil

Organic Hemp Seed Oil or Hemp Oil is not the same as Cannabidiol (CBD) Oil. When producing CBD Isolate, CBD Broad Spectrum or CBD Distilate we only use the stalks, leaves, and flowers of the hemp plant. These are the parts of the Hemp Plant which contain the highest concentration of CBD.

Hemp seed oil is made from the small seeds of the Cannabis Sativa plant (Hemp Plant). The Hemp seeds are not used in the production of CBD as they have very low levels of CBD. The Hemp Seed Oil is extracted with an oilseed press machine. Seed presses come in two different types, the traditional screw press or a reducing screw design. But in broad terms they both extract the oil by applying pressure to the seeds.

Whilst Hemp Seed oil does not contain significant levels of CBD it does however have a number of other beneficial properties and make an ideal carrier for CBD Oral Drops. All of our Broad Specturm Oral Drops contain Hemp Seed Oil along with MCT oils as a carrier.
